PHOENIX WINS AWARD!
The small business center of Wayne Community College presented the Wayne County Small Business Awards at the Chamber of Commerce Business After Hours on Thursday, June 20, 2002. Phoenix Construction Associates, Inc. was presented the "Most Attractive Award" for the purchase and total interior and exterior renovation of our new office building. Phoenix, along with the other award winners received a plaque, educational credit at Wayne Community College, a feature on channel 10 and will also be listed on the permanent plaque at the college.

Monika undergoes a major overhaul herself when she was one of 13 out of 7000 nationwide to participate in the televised weight loss challenge on the very popular Dr. Phil Show. After shedding 55 lbs, 26% body fat and extreme emotional weight Monika underwent major changes on the outside when she was selected to participate on ABC's Extreme Makeover which aired on the season finale show May 5, 2004.
