The complete renovation of our new location was complete in June of 2001. Formerly Gurleys Gym, at 143 S. Center Street, in the heart of downtown Goldsboro, next to The Paramount Theatre.

Sam Barkley of Phoenix Construction has been recognized by the State of North Carolina Dept. of Transportation in 1986 for a project to complete a concrete culvert. This contract was three months behind schedule. Not only did Sam bring it in on time but completed the work early.
He was recognized by Guy Sessoms of IndustrialAcoustics of New York and Inspector Arturo Guyan of Kelly AFB for the expertise and no punch list on two Sound Suppressor Support Systems at Seymour Johnson AFB in 1987 and 1988. The tolerances specified were 1/8".
